I. Equipment Structure and System Composition

Unlike a single piece of equipment, this system is closer to a complete process unit, mainly composed of the following parts:

1. Ozone Generator Unit

The core is a 5kg capacity Ozone Generator, responsible for continuously outputting ozone gas for subsequent oxidation reactions.

2. Oxygen Source System (PSA)

A stable oxygen source is provided through the PSA oxygen generator, which is one of the key conditions for ensuring the long-term stable operation of Industrial Ozone Generators.

3. Cooling System

An independent industrial chiller is used to control the operating temperature and avoid performance fluctuations under continuous operation.

4. Reaction Unit

The stainless steel reaction tank is used to improve the contact efficiency between ozone and water, which is an important factor affecting the treatment effect.

The entire system is made of 304/316L stainless steel, which can ensure a long service life even in the highly corrosive environment of aquaculture wastewater.

1. Ammonia Nitrogen Treatment: Ozone participates in the conversion of nitrogenous substances through oxidation, thus improving ammonia nitrogen levels.
2. COD Degradation: For some recalcitrant organic pollutants, ozone can break down their molecular structure, making them easier to treat.
